Yahoo officially tells every legit mailing list broken by their DMARC
changes to go jump in a lake

"There is a regrettable, short-term impact to our more aggressive
position on DMARC. Many legitimate emails sent on behalf of Yahoo Mail
customers from third parties are also being rejected. We apologize for
any inconvenience this may have caused."

If you're a Yahoo email user who depends on your mail actually being
received by recipients via mailing lists ... I recommend you get an
address somewhere else. Pronto.
