Now we're really getting somewhere.  We've managed to boil the entire
vast controversy over P2P down to a simple choice: 

    "Captain Kangaroo" on File Sharing
      or 
    "Mr. Rogers" on Externalities

Place your bets!  Take your pick!

As we've seen this political season, there's nothing like having
surrogates to help explain the issues.
