Somewhat old news, for anyone who has been doing business travel lately. Not
only are connections quite slow, but the providers are increasingly interfering with
connections. When you complain (if you can find the right person or entity to
complain to) you don't get any answers, but you may possibly get a brief respite
from the problem, so I strongly suspect that the providers know what they are
doing, and how to abate it.
