[ NNSquad ] Interesting VOiP spam

The spam below showed up in one of my input queues -- apparently manually
created, given the restrictions on that particular queue. I pass it along
to give a flavor of the way that VOiP services are being marketed, and
to perhaps trigger some thoughts about the reliability issues associated
with such setups for unwitting subscribers.
