Atkinson, President, Information Technology and Innovation Foundation Moderator: Jon Peha, Chief Technologist, Federal Communications Commission Less research oriented, but for those with an interest in issues related to video over the Internet, the panel that follows immediately will include • Gilles BianRosa, CEO, Vuze, Inc. • Richard R.
