ISP blames DMCA for service disconnection after 
unproven "DMCA Letters"

The DMCA of course has no requirement for a disconnection after some
specific number of "DMCA Letters" -- nor does it specify a period of
time for any disconnection.

Whether or not the DMCA accusations in this case are accurate or not
(and as we know, they frequently are inaccurate), Suddenlink's
explanation is clearly an obvious case of CYA in action.
