Dutch Court Rules WiFi Hacking Is Now Legal

"Breaking in to an encrypted router and using the WiFi connection
is not an criminal offence, a Dutch court ruled. WiFi hackers can
not be prosecuted for breaching router security."
Interestingly, in a recent case simply using a dumb cell phone was
considered by a U.S. court to be "using a computer" -- enough
to trigger sentencing enhancement (lengthened sentence).
However, it appears that the probability of a higher court reversing
the Dutch decision linked above is fairly significant.
