To make the point even more clearly -- you will no longer be able to buy a
handset and move between carriers in the US. Perhaps ATT was jealous of
Verizon's and Sprint's ability to lock users in essentially forever.
T-Mobile offers a real alternative. For example you can own your handset and
pay less per month.

I?m sure there will be neutral in the sense of treating everyone equally
badly.

Do the naïve anti-regulation people have any problem people being forced to
decide which carrier will own them?
