Amazon's Cloud Music Service, the RIAA, and an interesting ToS

Re: Amazon Music Locker ( http://j.mp/iagc3j [New York Times] )

An interesting aspect of Amazon's new "Music Locker" service worth
thinking about ...

Question: Will the RIAA try use courts to force Amazon to reveal
identities of music uploaders, and try force users to prove ownership
of that music? Note that such lawsuits by the RIAA are most
definitely not without precedent.

Interesting Reading: Section 5.2 of the Amazon "Cloud Drive" ToS,
as updated ... today.
