Heard Somewhere Inside the Beltway: BART vs. Free Speech
http://lauren.vortex.com/archive/000888.html
BART officials in the San Francisco Bay Area cut off cell phone
service in what they described as an attempt to prevent a public
protest ( http://j.mp/o5352q [AP / CBS] ).

small, portable cellular/Internet units to help ensure that protesters
can successfully communicate in the face of government crackdowns in
other parts of the world ( http://j.mp/jwkeqj [New York Times] ).
This "leaked phone call" explores the irony of the BART situation.
