PBS Newshour report on DoJ vs. AT&T/T-Mobile merger

http://j.mp/nCNb6q (YouTube / ~7.3 minutes)

A pretty good roundup of the issues. One of the strange aspects of
all this is DoJ apparently saying the "door is still open to
negotiations with AT&T" -- but taking this very strong move anyway.
My reading is that negotiations to this point likely collapsed big
time, as AT&T kept trying to present alternate justifications for
assimilating T-Mobile, plus the embarrassing leakage of some key
AT&T information undermining AT&T assertions.
