VeriSign (without explanation) withdraws domain shutdown proposal

VeriSign has apparently withdrawn (at least for now, and without
obvious explanation), their proposal to shut down domains for a wide
variety of reasons without prior due process for domain owners,
including based on "requests" from law enforcement.
