Amazon's ploy to try stop lawsuit by forcing actress to reveal identity fails

http://j.mp/wk7ERc (Hollywood Reporter)

The sleazeballs at Amazon probably figured she'd disappear when forced
to reveal her identity. Oops, looks like that didn't work. The key
issue here is whether or not Amazon, as accused, used data from this
person's credit card signup for a personal account as the mechanism to
publish information in the IMDb public database that had not been
previously available. I discussed this case in more detail in: "IMDb
and Amazon vs. the 'Ageless Actress'" - http://j.mp/rYQ4nC (Lauren's Blog)
