With all due respect to Susan, it's pretty clear that her
understanding of the realities of radio frequency engineering in
theory and practice are significantly limited.  The LightSquared
situation wasn't even a close call from an engineering standpoint.
They took a gamble that they could finesse RF physics, and they lost.
