Sorry, I continue to consider most of this to be cyber-profiteering,
plain and simple, combined with the ongoing turf wars within the
various U.S. military services. While they're busy playing cyberwar,
there are probably groups out there with purloined Russian fissile
material, figuring out how to deliver surprises in cargo containers
that arrive in ports every day. No Internet Required. Still a very big
