Deeply flawed cybersecurity bill blocked -- for the wrong reasons!

    A "cyber-security" bill sponsored by Sen. Joe Lieberman (I-CT) has
   failed to achieve the 60 votes it needed to overcome a filibuster in
   the Senate on Thursday. The failure, by a vote of 52 to 46, came
   despite the Obama administration's arguments that the legislation was
   needed to defend the Internet against attacks.

Ironically, this deeply flawed bill was blocked by the GOP for the
wrong reasons -- but the bottom line is that it *was* blocked.
