Leaked MPAA Memo Reveals TV-Shack Press Strategy

"A leaked "memo" from the MPAA shows how movie industry insiders are
being briefed to respond in media interviews on the extradition case
of TV-Shack admin Richard O'Dwyer."

The O'Dwyer case would be much more problematic from a prosecution
standpoint if he had not profited from the site and apparently taken
steps to keep it going after the initial domain takedown. I am not
currently convinced that he makes a particularly good example for
associated Internet freedom-related proponents.
