Court: Dutch website hyperlink infringed copyright

http://j.mp/QZoEid (AP / KENS 5)

"Wednesday's ruling is unusual because companies usually sue websites
that actually publish copyright-infringing material, rather than sites
that link to them. But the court said GeenStijl called attention to
naked photos of model Britt Dekker posted on a website called
Filefactory by an unknown person shortly before publication of the
November 2011 issue of the magazine. The photos were pulled from
Filefactory but GeenStijl provided links to locations of copies."
