Congressmen making fools of themselves re LighSquared vs. GPS

  "Knapp and De La Torre tried to explain the nuances and difficulties of
   the LightSquared/GPS decision, but were repeatedly cut off by Stearns,
   who demanded yes-or-no answers to questions the FCC officials said did
   not have easy answers."

It's painful to watch politicians without technical expertise
demanding simple yes or no answers to complex technology-related
questions, and cutting people off when they can't get the answers
wanted.  This is a perfect example of why technology policy in the
U.S. is in such horrible shape.
