Sprint Said to End T-Mobile Talks, Plans to Name New CEO

(Bloomberg): http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2014-08-05/sprint-said-to-end-t-mobile-talks-plans-to-name-new-ceo.html

"Sprint Corp. (S) has ended talks to acquire T-Mobile US Inc.
(TMUS), a person with knowledge of the matter said, after talks
reached an impasse amid disagreements over financing and a
     drop-dead date for a merger."

Remember how Comcast was saying that this merger would increase the
need for Comcast to merge with Time Warner Cable? Watch how fast they
change that tune.
