[ NNSquad ] Poll: Has your ISP deployed a bandwidth cap?

Greetings.  Over on the GCTIP Forums I've opened a poll (survey) to
gather information regarding the current state of bandwidth cap
deployments by ISPs -- your participation and any additional
information replies regarding this would be much appreciated.  You do
