A fascinating and IMHO well-reasoned discussion of how and why YouTube has 
affected the net and will continue to drive changes.  Not through  
legislation, but simply by the fact that if you don't serve up YouTube,  
your customers will be unhappy with you.  (But yes, the counter-push to  
the ISPs attempts to charge third-parties for "fast lane" access _was_  
political, possibly one of the few times Google has gotten involved in  
that game.)
