   "The UK has issued a direct challenge to China and Russia over
    regulation of the internet, with William Hague insisting that
    cyberspace must not be "stifled by government control or censorship"."

I'll leave an analysis of his hypocrisy, especially in light of UK
government moves against the Internet and the U.S. E-PARASITE and
PROTECT IP legislation, as an exercise for the reader. Don't let your
