    There has also been a reaction on Twitter to the sentence, with Lord
    Sugar - former Spurs chairman - saying "Be warned idiots!," while Gary
    Lineker posted "Let it be a warning to all you immature souls.
    #thinkbeforeyoutweet"

There's a Big Brother is Watching Your Tweets aspect to this that
is difficult to ignore.  Racist comments are never appropriate, but
criminalization of simple tweets seems inappropriate, even for the
seemingly rising police state sensibilities of the UK.
