ICANN News Alert -- New gTLD Application Details Temporarily Offline - UPDATE Un-be-lievable. Even leaving aside the policy nightmare they've now created, the technical *incompetancy* that ICANN is now demonstrating is staggering. You'll recall that their gTLD submission system was offline for an extremely extended period after another data breach.
