Craigslist now asks for exclusive license when posting

http://j.mp/ODJ92a (Baligu)

"I don't remember seeing this before at the bottom of the Craigslist
posting form. I'm guessing this is the result of the Padmapper
debacle? (bolding mine) Clicking "Continue" confirms that craigslist
is the exclusive licensee of this content, with the exclusive right to
enforce copyrights against anyone copying, republishing, distributing
or preparing derivative works without its consent." [Compare with
Yelp, Facebook, and Google language.] - Jonathan Berger
