Jean Baptiste Queru quits [Google's] AOSP over Nexus 7 issues

"According to a post from Jean Baptiste Queru (JBQ), the head of AOSP,
there's still no arrival date for the factory images of Android 4.3
for the new Nexus 7. There seems to be some issues from Qualcomm which
isn't allowing the AOSP team to post factory images for the new Nexus
7 also known as 'Flo'. Subsequently, Queru wrote a post on Google+
announcing that he's quitting AOSP."

Jean is a great guy who has been doing outstanding work on the Android
Open Source Project. This is a very unfortunate development, and it
seems quite reasonable to lay the blame on Qualcomm and their
"intellectual property concerns" run amok.
