I'm sorry, Rob, but so long as you refuse to be open about what you are
doing (and the obfuscation techniques in question do make it necessary
to sniff packets and do deep packet inspection to identify P2P), you 
have no right to expect anyone else to be -- and the arms race will 
continue without end. Can you not see that to demand openness without 
agreeing to it yourself is hypocritical?
