[ NNSquad ] Argentina ISP ignored reports of proxy block vulnerability?

Notable that the ISP apparently took no (or ineffective) mitigating
action to deal with this vulnerability, reportedly for over two
weeks after private disclosure, and did not respond to the report's
authors.
