Ah!  Now Michael Chertoff is conflating cookies with vast
cybersecurity nightmares.  He may not be a computer expert, but he
certainly knows how to exploit fear.  Chertoff apparently has also
cashed in nicely on the TSA body scanner craze thanks to his role as
