German government reportedly claims ability to decrypt PGP and SSH

   "The federal government declared that its secret services were
    basically able to decrypt PGP and Secure Shell, at least partially.
    Used for monitoring applications would be the German company Utimaco
    Ipoque and Trovicor, report Bundestag. But the statements are vague ..."
